Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Mobility Foot and Ankle, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with mobilityfootcare.com (the "Site"). This Site is a marketing website for our mobile podiatry practice.
What this website does not do
This Site does not host a patient portal, patient intake form, or medical record system. We do not collect protected health information (PHI) through this Site. To schedule care, visitors are asked to call or text our published phone number, or to send a brief non-medical callback request (name and phone number only). Please do not send medical details through the Site or through unencrypted text or email.
Information we collect
We collect only limited information:
- Contact information you provide. If you use our callback request, you provide your name and phone number so we can text you back to schedule.
- Communications. If you call, text, or email us, we receive the information you choose to share. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply. Text messaging is not a secure channel — please do not send sensitive health details by text.
- Automatic technical data. Like most websites, we (and our analytics provider) automatically receive information such as IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
Patient medical records created during in-person visits are maintained separately in our clinical systems and are governed by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule appointments.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To measure aggregate site traffic and content performance.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use information collected through this Site for targeted advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to help operate the Site, including website hosting and analytics providers such as Statcounter. These providers process technical data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
How we protect information
We use industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption for data transmitted to and from the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not share sensitive medical details through unsecured channels such as text or email.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can decline to submit information through the Site and still call or text us to schedule. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information — to exercise any such rights, contact us using the details below.
